Shipping on all items is calculated by shipping weight and zip code destination.
Any item which can not be shipped via GROUND UPS or FEDEX ground will be shipped via STANDARD TRUCK GROUND FREIGHT.
TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS MUST be shipped to a local freight terminal OR Commercial Business.
TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS delivered to a HOME ADDRESS can be done at an ADDITIONAL charge borne by the purchaser.
TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS delivered to a home address which will incure additional charges are delivered CURBSIDE.
EXPRESS SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
One Stop Pool Supplies Inc. will make every effort to ship your order with 24-48 hours of receipt of order. (Except for Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) We cannot control unforseen events and merchandise availability.
One Stop Pool Supplies Inc. can not guarantee transit times on ground packages or standard freight.
One Stop Pool Supplies Inc. does NOT match competitors prices, neither before nor after the sale.

Any shipping charges or labor incurred in the execution of a warranty claim are the responsibility of the owner.
One Stop Pool Supplies Inc. expressly disclaims liability for ANY injury, loss or damage of any knid arising from the use, inability to use or installation fro any item sold by our company.
One Stop Pool Supplies Inc. may make improvements and changes in products, programs and pricing on this web site at any time. One Stop Pool Supplies Inc. shall not be held responsibile for clerical, graphical, typographical and printing errors.
RETURNS
ALL Product returns are subject to the approval and authorization of One Stop Pool Supplies Inc. and or the Manufacturer of the product.(One Stop Pool Supplies Must Be Notified Of Any Issues With In 15 Days of Delivery). Any item returned WITHOUT A RMA# (Returned Goods Authorization Number) clearly marked on the item will be refused and returned to the shipper at your expense. One Stop Pool Supplies Inc. reserves the right to charge a 10% processing and restocking fee (minimun $12.00) for any item returned to our office. Freight and Shipping Charges Are NOT Refundable
In The Event that you feel your purchase is DEFECTIVE, it is imcumbent upon you to contact us and / or the manufacturer directly for resolution BEFORE returning the item in question.

We always recommend that the buyer contact the manufacturers directly to determine that the product will be suitable in their environment, if in doubt. Buyer assumes all responsibility without exception, outside of a manufacturer's stated return policy or warranty. We apologize, but this is due to the huge variety and complexity of pool systems and pool products. We have found that in the majority of cases where a product does not work as desired, it is not due to a product defect, but rather the wrong product, or a problem with the buyer's system.
